Forschungsdatenrepositorien
Eine Übersicht über die Forschungsdatenrepositorien und -portale mit Helmholtz-Beteiligung wird mit Hilfe von re3data – Registry of Research Data Repositories durch das Helmholtz Open Science Office realisiert.
Forschungsdateninfrastrukturen bei der Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft
Das Helmholtz Open Science Office war an der Entwicklung von re3data - Registry of Research Data Repositories beteiligt. Dieser globale Dienst bietet Forschenden, Förderorganisationen und weiteren Akteuren eine Übersicht über digitale Forschungsinfrastrukturen zur Zugänglichmachung von Forschungsdaten.
Förderorganisationen wie z. B. die Europäische Kommission empfehlen Forschenden die Nutzung des Dienstes zur Umsetzung der Open-Science-Bedingungen in Horizon 2020 sowie dem neuen Förderprogramm Horizon Europe. Auch stellt re3data Informationen für OpenAIRE's Open Science Observatory bereit. Die National Science Foundation (NSF) empfiehlt re3data für die Recherche nach geeigneten Forschungsdatenrepositorien. Auch das European Research Council (ERC) listet re3data unter seinen Empfehlungen für Open Science und die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) verweist in einer Checkliste für den Umgang mit Forschungsdaten in DFG-Projekten auf den Dienst.
