Current projects
open-access.network
In the current second funding period, the open-access.network project is implementing numerous measures to promote the open access transformation. New information, training, and networking services on the topic of open access support scientists and other stakeholders from universities and scientific organizations and promote acceptance of the transformation in science, industry, politics, and the public.
PID4NFDI
The aim of the one-year initialization phase of PID4NFDi, which is funded via BASE4NFDI, is to develop an NFDI-wide PID strategy that captures existing solutions and requirements of the NFDI consortia in order to lay the groundwork for further work.
PID Network Germany
The aim of the project is to establish a network of already existing and currently forming actors around the persistent identification of persons, organizations, publications, resources, and infrastructures in the field of digital communication in science and culture. The project’s findings will result in recommendations in a national PID roadmap for Germany.
re3data COREF
The main goal of the re3data COREF project (Community Driven Open Reference for Research Data Repositories) is the further professionalization of re3data and the provision of reliable and customizable descriptions of research data repositories.
Transform2Open
The DFG-funded project Transform2Open addresses the development of budgets, criteria, competencies, and related processes at research-performing organizations around the financial dimensions of the Open Access transformation.
